The I Liga (English: First League) is the second-tier level league of basketball in Poland. It is organised by the Polish Basketball Association. Teams that win the championship have the option to be promoted to the first-tier level Polish Basketball League (PLK). The first I Liga season was held in the 1954–55 season.
Polen - 1e divisie
Polen - 1e divisie is de hoogste basketbalcompetitie in Polen. De competitie werd opgericht in 1928 en wordt georganiseerd door de Poolse Basketbalfederatie. De competitie bestaat uit 16 teams die elk 30 wedstrijden spelen. Het team dat aan het einde van het seizoen bovenaan eindigt, wordt gekroond tot Pools kampioen. De onderste twee teams degraderen naar de 2e divisie.
De meest succesvolle teams in de geschiedenis van de competitie zijn Śląsk Wrocław en Lech Poznań, die elk 17 keer kampioen zijn geworden.
