The Rugby Europe Super Cup is an annual men's rugby union club tournament organised by the continental governing body, Rugby Europe. Featuring clubs outside the traditional Six Nations strongholds of the sport, it effectively forms a third tier of European club rugby beneath the EPCR-organised European Rugby Champions Cup and European Rugby Challenge Cup. The first Super Cup competition took place in 2021–22.

De Rugby Europe Super Cup wordt betwist door 16 teams, die zijn verdeeld in vier groepen van vier teams. De teams spelen een thuis- en een uitwedstrijd tegen elk van de andere teams in hun poule. De winnaars van elke poule en de beste tweede gaan door naar de kwartfinales.
De Rugby Europe Super Cup wordt gewonnen door de Toulouse Olympique die in de finale met 36-17 van Vannes Rugby Club won. De beste speler van de finale was Toulouse fullback Maxime Petitjean, die twee try's scoorde en 14 punten maakte.
