Ligat HaAl (Hebrew: ליגת העל, lit., Supreme League or Premier League), or the Israeli Basketball Premier League, is the top-tier level league of professional competition in Israeli club basketball, making it Israel's primary basketball competition. The league's name is abbreviated as either BSL (Basketball Super League) or ISBL (Israeli Basketball Super League). For sponsorship reasons, the league is also referred to as Ligat Winner Sal (Hebrew: ליגת ווינר סל), lit. Winner Basket League, with "Winner" being the name of a game operated by the league's primary sponsor, Toto Winner.

The league is run by the Israeli Basketball Super League Administration Ltd.

De Israëlische Super League is de hoogste professionele basketbalcompetitie in Israël. De competitie werd opgericht in 1954 en is sindsdien de primaire basketbalcompetitie in het land. De competitie bestaat uit 12 teams die gedurende het reguliere seizoen een thuis- en uitwedstrijd tegen elkaar spelen. De beste acht teams plaatsen zich voor de play-offs, waarbij de winnaar wordt gekroond tot kampioen van de Israëlische Super League.

Hapoel Jerusalem is het meest succesvolle team in de geschiedenis van de competitie, met 15 kampioenschappen. Maccabi Tel Aviv is het op een na meest succesvolle team, met 14 kampioenschappen.

De Israëlische Super League is een van de sterkste basketbalcompetities in Europa, met veel teams die deelnemen aan continentale competities zoals de EuroLeague en de EuroCup. De competitie staat bekend om zijn hoge niveau van play en heeft enkele van de beste Israëlische en internationale spelers voortgebracht.
