The T.League (Japanese: Tリーグ; Romaji: T.Rīgu) or Nojima T.League (Japanese: ノジマTリーグ) is the premier table tennis league of Japan which began in 2018. It is the first professional table tennis league in Japan. There are twelve teams, six each for men and women.

De Japan - T League is een professionele tafeltennistafelcompetitie in Japan. De competitie werd opgericht in 2018 en bestaat uit 10 teams. De teams zijn elk gevestigd in een andere stad in Japan. De T League is de meest prestigieuze tafeltenniscompetitie in Azië en een van de meest prestigieuze ter wereld.

De T League is een teamcompetitie, waarbij de teams strijden om het kampioenschap. Elk team bestaat uit zes spelers, waaronder maximaal drie buitenlandse spelers. De wedstrijden worden gespeeld in een best-of-five formaat, waarbij de eerste team dat drie wedstrijden wint, de wedstrijd wint.

De T League is een zeer competitieve competitie met enkele van de beste tafeltennissers ter wereld. De competitie heeft ook een aantal innovatieve regels, zoals het gebruik van een elektronisch scoresysteem en het toestaan van spelers om video-uitdagingen te gebruiken.

De T League is een spannende en vermakelijke competitie die zeker de moeite van het volgen waard is. De competitie is te zien op televisie in Japan en wereldwijd online.
