Campeonato Nacional da I Divisão de Futsal (English: Futsal National Championship First Division), also known as Liga Placard for sponsorship reasons is the premier professional futsal league in Portugal. Sporting CP are the current champions, having won a record 18 titles.

De Portugese Premier League is de hoogste futsalcompetitie in Portugal. De competitie wordt sinds 1990 georganiseerd door de Portugese Futsal Federatie. De competitie bestaat uit 14 teams die in een round-robin-systeem tegen elkaar spelen. De beste zes teams plaatsen zich voor de play-offs, terwijl de onderste twee teams degraderen naar de Segunda Divisão.

De meest succesvolle club in de geschiedenis van de Premier League is Sporting CP, dat 16 titels heeft gewonnen. Andere succesvolle clubs zijn SL Benfica, FC Porto en AD Fundão.

De Premier League staat bekend om zijn hoge niveau van spel en zijn gepassioneerde fans. De competitie is een van de meest bekeken futsalcompetities ter wereld.
