**Programma:**

De NLC Spring Split bestaat uit twee fasen:

* **Reguliere fase:** 16 teams spelen in een single-round robin-formaat, waarbij de top vier zich kwalificeert voor de play-offs.
* **Play-offs:** De top vier teams strijden in een dubbel eliminatie-toernooi om de NLC Spring-titel.

**Data:**

* Reguliere fase: 17 februari - 9 april
* Play-offs: 15-17 april
