Portuguesa FC is een Venezolaanse voetbalclub uit Acarigua. De club was vooral succesvol tijdens de jaren zeventig, toen het vijf keer landskampioen werd.

Portuguesa Fútbol Club is een Venezolaanse voetbalclub uit Acarigua-Araure. De club werd opgericht op 12 mei 1972 en speelt zijn thuiswedstrijden in het Estadio José Antonio Páez. Portuguesa won in 1973, 1975 en 1976 de Primera División. In 1975 en 1976 werd tevens de Copa Venezuela gewonnen.

Portuguesa FC speelde in de loop der jaren meerdere keren in de Copa Libertadores. In 1974 bereikte de club de halve finales, waarin het over twee wedstrijden werd uitgeschakeld door CA Independiente.

Portuguesa FC heeft verschillende bekende spelers voortgebracht, zoals Luis Mendoza, Silvio Rojas en Noel Sanvicente.
