Coal India is een Indiaas professioneel voetbalteam gevestigd in Dhanbad, Jharkhand. De club speelt in de I-League, de hoogste divisie van het Indiase voetbalsysteem. Coal India werd opgericht in 1969 en is een van de oudste voetbalclubs in India. Het team heeft twee keer de I-League gewonnen, in 1995-1996 en 2013-2014. Coal India staat bekend om zijn sterke focus op de ontwikkeling van jeugdspelers en heeft een reputatie opgebouwd voor het produceren van getalenteerde voetballers.
