Mola New Basket is een Italiaanse professionele basketbalclub gevestigd in Mola di Bari, Apulië. De club is opgericht in 2001 en speelt momenteel in de Serie B, het derde niveau van het Italiaanse basketbalsysteem.

In het seizoen 2018-2019 bereikte Mola New Basket de play-offs van de Serie B, maar verloor in de halve finale van Pallacanestro S.E.L.F. Erice.

De thuisarena van de club is het PalaWojtyla, met een capaciteit van 1.500 toeschouwers. De huidige hoofdcoach van de club is Gianluca De Gennaro.
