Costa D'Orlando U20 is het jeugdteam van het Italiaanse basketbalteam Costa D'Orlando. Het team is gevestigd in de stad Orlando di Caserta en speelt in de Serie A2, de tweede divisie van het Italiaanse basketbal. Het team werd opgericht in 2016 en heeft sindsdien verschillende successen behaald, waaronder het winnen van de Serie B-titel in 2019. Het team staat bekend om zijn aanvallende kracht en zijn snelle tempo. Enkele van de meest opvallende spelers van het team zijn onder meer de guards Marco Spanghero en Matteo Picarelli en de forwards Andrea Trapani en Luca Conti.
