San Nilo U20 is een Italiaanse basketbalclub voor dames die uitkomt in de Serie A1, het hoogste niveau in Italië. Het team is gevestigd in Porto San Giorgio, in de regio Marche.
San Nilo U20 werd opgericht in 1980 en speelt sinds 2008 in de Serie A1. Het team heeft nog nooit een grote prijs gewonnen, maar eindigde in 2019 als derde in de play-offs.
