Colegio Los Leones de Quilpué is a Chilean professional basketball club from Quilpué, the capital of the Marga Marga Province in central Chile. The team competes in the international Liga Sudamericana de Básquetbol and the national Liga Nacional de Básquetbol de Chile.
De Leones de Quilpuá (Quilpuá Lions) zijn een Chileens professioneel basketbalteam gevestigd in Quillota, een stad in de regio Valparaíso. Het team speelt in de Liga Nacional de Básquetbol de Chile (LNB), de hoogste basketbalcompetitie van het land.
De Leones de Quilpuá werden in 1993 opgericht en hebben sindsdien drie LNB-kampioenschappen gewonnen, in 1995, 1996 en 2018. Verder wonnen ze één Torneo Nacional (2000) en twee Copa Chile (1997, 2017).
Het team speelt zijn thuiswedstrijden in het Gimnasio Municipal de Quilpué, met een capaciteit van ongeveer 3.000 toeschouwers. De Leones de Quilpuá zijn bekend om hun trouwe aanhang en hun snelle, aanvallende speelstijl.
