FC Futura (abbreviated Futura) is a football club from Porvoo in Finland. The club was formed in 1992 and their home ground is at the Porvoon keskuskenttä. The other venue used by the club is the Porvoon Pallokenttä. The men's first team currently plays in the Kakkonen (Second Division). The Chairman of FC Futura is Matti Valasti.

FC Futura is een Finse voetbalclub uit Porvoo. De club werd opgericht in 1998 en speelt haar thuiswedstrijden in het Centrumplan-stadion in Porvoo. De clubkleuren zijn zwart en wit.
FC Futura kwam in het seizoen 2001 voor het eerst in de Finse tweede divisie uit en promoveerde in 2003 naar de Finse eerste divisie. In 2005 speelde de club één seizoen in de Veikkausliiga, de hoogste Finse voetbaldivisie. Na een degradatie in 2006 kwam FC Futura in 2008 terug in de Veikkausliiga. De club degradeerde echter opnieuw in 2009 en speelt sindsdien in de Finse eerste divisie.
FC Futura heeft nog nooit een grote prijs gewonnen. De beste prestatie van de club is het bereiken van de halve finale van de Finse beker in 2005.
