The North Korea national under-23 football team represents North Korea at football in the Asian Games as well as other under-23 international football tournaments including the AFC U-23 Asian Cup. It is governed by the DPR Korea Football Association.
Noord-Korea U23 is het Noord-Koreaanse voetbalelftal voor spelers onder de 23 jaar. De ploeg is het tweede nationale jeugdvoetbalelftal, na Noord-Korea -20. Het team komt uit in het Aziatisch kampioenschap voetbal onder 23 jaar en het kwalificatietoernooi voor de Olympische Spelen.
