FK Spartak Jurmala/46.VSK Vrouwen is een Letse vrouwenvoetbalclub uit Jūrmala. De club werd in 1996 opgericht als VSK Valmiera, maar werd in 2003 verhuisd naar Jūrmala en hernoemd naar Spartaks Jūrmala. In 2010 fuseerde de club met 46.VSK Ventspils tot FK Spartak Jurmala/46.VSK Women. De club speelt haar thuiswedstrijden in het Slokas stadion.
