Dayrout Sporting Club (Arabic: نادي ديروط للألعاب الرياضية), is an Egyptian football club based in Dayrout, Asyut, Egypt. The club currently plays in the Egyptian Second Division, the second-highest tier in the Egyptian football league system.
Dayrout is een Egyptische voetbalclub uit Basyoun in het gouvernement Gharbia. De club werd in 1918 opgericht en speelt haar thuiswedstrijden in het Dayrout Stadion. Dayrout komt uit in de Egyptische Tweede Divisie.
De club won in 1937 en 1947 de Egyptische beker en werd in 1948 Egyptisch kampioen. Dayrout was de eerste club buiten Caïro en Alexandrië die de Egyptische titel won.
