IL Express

Idrettslaget Express is a Norwegian sports club from Fevik in Grimstad, Agder. It has sections for association football, team handball, basketball, floorball, athletics, orienteering and gymnastics.

It was founded on 1 May 1919. The club colors are red and white.

The men's football team currently plays in the 4. divisjon, the fifth tier of the Norwegian football league system.

IL Express is een Noorse voetbalclub uit Tromsø. De club werd opgericht in 1970 en speelt haar thuiswedstrijden in het Alfheimstadion. IL Express speelt sinds 2019 in de Noorse Eerste Divisie, het tweede niveau van het Noorse voetbal.

De club heeft een rijke historie en heeft meerdere nationale titels gewonnen. IL Express won de Noorse beker in 1986 en 1994 en werd Noors landskampioen in 1990. De club heeft ook deelgenomen aan verschillende Europese toernooien, waaronder de UEFA Cup en de Europa League.

IL Express staat bekend om zijn aanvallende speelstijl en heeft een aantal bekende spelers voortgebracht, waaronder Ole Martin Årst, Morten Gamst Pedersen en Tore André Flo. De huidige hoofdtrainer van de club is Gaute Helstrup.
