Centro Desportivo e Cultural de Montalegre is a Portuguese Sport and Football club based in the parish of Montalegre in the Vila Real District. It was founded in 1964 and currently plays in the Liga 3, third tier of Portuguese football. They currently play at the Estádio Dr. Diogo Alves Vaz Pereira.
Montalegre is een Portugese voetbalclub uit Montalegre. De club werd opgericht in 1945 en speelt haar thuiswedstrijden in het Estádio Dr. Diogo Vaz Pereira.
De club heeft nooit op het hoogste niveau gevoetbald en speelt momenteel in de Campeonato Nacional da II Divisão, het derde niveau van het Portugese voetbal. De grootste successen van de club zijn het winnen van de Segunda Divisão Série B in 1950 en de Taça de Portugal AF Vila Real in 2010.
